RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

The Company:

A leading Domestic and Nanny Recruitment Consultancy requires a bright, organised, well-educated and self-motivated consultant to join our great team.

Based in South Kensington, we are a well-established agency who supplies high profile clients with the household staff they require, both in this country and around the world, and have done so for nearly 60 years!

The Role:

You will be responsible for an already established desk, developing new business, interviewing candidates face to face, checking their references and placing people in both short and long term bookings.

Requirements:

We are looking for a capable individual with a good work history in recruitment or sales, as well as life experience. The successful candidate should be fluent in written and spoken English, have excellent computer skills and have a confident and friendly manner. Previous private household or childcare recruitment experience, or experience working within a private household is a bonus, however we support each other and training will be provided.

You should be a self-starter, hard worker, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to develop good relationships with both clients and candidates. You should also be a good judge of character with a desire to work hard and succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your career in recruitment.

ASAP start date.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Salary (depending on experience,) plus a generous commission structure.

We are a well-established agency, specialising in the placement of all types of domestic staff throughout the UK and across the world. We can assist with all your household and corporate needs on a temporary and permanent basis – Butlers, Couples, Housekeepers, Household Managers/P.A.s, Chefs/Cooks, Estate Managers, Security Personnel, Gardeners, Chauffeurs, Daily Cleaning Help, Yacht Crew and Companion/Carers.

All candidates must have a minimum of two years’ recent experience in private service in order to register with the agency.
