Experienced EPA needed to support busy, ex hedge fund Executive with all business and personal related matters.  His primary interests include art, investments and real estate.  Office based with responsibilities including:


-Manage all scheduling and any planning related to anything on the calendar

-Main point of phone contact/gatekeeper

-Write all business and personal correspondence

-Manage meal and snack needs

Household Management

-Work with contractors and household employees to resolve home issues

-Project/budget management of large scale projects

-Supervise organization of homes with household employees

-Responds to staff calls


-Coordinate with art consultant on installations, purchases, sales, loans and other issues

-Liaison with museums and galleries


-Plan all travel (familiar with private travel aspects)

-Coordinate with driver

-Work as team for Christmas card/gift planning


-Various miscellaneous research projects for family

-Run errands as needed


·       5+ years executive assistant/personal assistant experience

·       Accessible nights and weekends via email/cell/text

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Professional manner and demeanor

·       Sense of urgency, ability to think one step ahead and plan accordingly

·       Organized and detail oriented

·       Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Flexible and willing to do what it takes to get the job done

·       Good knowledge of NYC culture (restaurants, shops events)

·       Technology savvy


Days:    Monday – Friday

Hours:  9:00 am – 5:30 pm (later as needed)
